Fiori began as a quiet dream in a tiny 50 sq ft home kitchen: just one woman, a whisk, and a deep love for creating desserts that told stories. What started as self-employment slowly grew into something much larger: a purpose, a vision, and a community.
With no formal kitchen, just home shelves lined with jars of jaggery, nuts, and flours, the early days were filled with midnight baking experiments, handwritten labels, and hand-delivered boxes of cakes, breads, and nostalgia. Every order was personal. Every bake, an exploration.
In time, the dream needed more space & city to grow. In 2022, A studio kitchen was built from scratch in Bangalore, designed to reflect the same values Fiori stood for: intentionality, ingredient-forward cooking, and quiet creativity. This kitchen became the beating heart of Fiori. It’s where new desserts were born, seasonal menus came to life, and an all-women team slowly came together fueled by a shared passion for good food and honest hospitality.
And we have finally taken on a new challenge and a bold new vision: to open a café. A space where people could gather, taste, linger, and feel. And now, in the heart of Whitefield, that dream has finally taken shape.
Today, Fiori Artisanal is powered by a team of 15+ women - Chefs, Baristas, Hospitality professionals and Storytellers who bring craft, care, and courage into everything we serve. From wild sourdoughs and heirloom jaggery desserts to housemade pastas and craft brews, everything at Café Fiori is a reflection of where we began and how far we’ve come.
It’s been a journey of flour-dusted mornings, late-night ideas, and many, many loaves of bread. And we’re just getting started.
