Fiori Artisanal was born in 2020—during a time of global pause and reflection. What began as a personal passion quickly transformed into a deeper mission: to reimagine desserts and breads through an eco-conscious, purpose-led lens.
In the midst of uncertain times, climate change, and shifting values, we found inspiration in returning to the roots—of food, of community, and of creativity. Our love for traditional artisanal techniques, combined with a strong belief in sustainability, led us to build something that felt both grounded and forward-thinking.
At Fiori, we do things a little differently.
We’re fully digital, cashless, and paperless—a conscious choice to reduce waste and streamline operations. But more importantly, we’re ingredient-first. Every product we create starts with the question: What’s in season? What’s grown here? What can we celebrate today?
We proudly source 95% of our ingredients from India—from single-origin cacao and craft chocolate, to local dairy, nuts, berries, and even exotic fruits from the Himalayan foothills. Our approach is rooted in European baking techniques, but deeply inspired by the diversity and richness of Indian produce.
Fiori is more than just a bakery.
It’s a space for experimentation.
A space for sustainability.
A space for stories—told through desserts, breads, and community.
We’re building a network of like-minded farmers, local producers, artists, and customers who believe that food can be both joyful and responsible. We want to create a world where every celebration—big or small—leaves a lighter footprint and a deeper impact.
Whether you’re here for our cakes, our creativity, or our community—
Welcome to Fiori Artisanal.
We’re just getting started.
