With a farm-to-cup ethos and a focus on sensory-led brewing, every cup served is a reflection of care, balance, and terroir.

Based in Idukki, Kerala, Rakkaudella creates rich, bean-to-bar couverture chocolates using locally grown, traceable cocoa. Their deeply flavorful, slow-crafted chocolates form the foundation of many of our plated desserts, bringing a bold, honest expression of Indian cacao to the table.

With 365 acres of regenerative farmland in Tamil Nadu, Ishka Farms is reimagining what modern organic agriculture can look like. From hand-harvested moringa to sea-salt cured capers, everything is shade-dried, thoughtfully processed, and packed at source. Their farm-first philosophy aligns beautifully with our ingredient-forward, seasonal approach.

A women-led textile studio based in the heart of Gujarat, Across Uniforms is the creative force behind our team uniforms. Designed with vibrant, joyful colors and stitched from pure, locally made cotton, their pieces reflect both comfort and character, just like our café. This partnership is a celebration of Indian craftsmanship, sustainable fashion, and women supporting women in the workplace.
